Sound of 2 clicks on pc start [SOLVED]

Hello, I bought a new components. I put them together everything looks fine but when I turn it on it makes a weird mechanical click sound ( two similar clicks) and then start up normaly. I dont find it very normal. So I replaced the psu with my old psu and the sound is gone. But the problem still remains. After I press the start button it starts for like half of second, then stops for a while and then run normaly. Any suggestions?

Specs:
-Asus prime z370-p
-Intel i7 8086K
-Gtx 1080ti
-LC Power 1000 V2.4 - Platinum Series (1 000 W)
-hyperX predator 2x8gb 2666mhz
-samsung m.2 970 evo 250gb
-samsung m.2 970 pro 512gb
-samsung 860 evo 1Tb

Yeah those clicks are usually PSU relay, seeing how all your drives are SSD. But try running this program and see if it can zero in on the problem. It's an amazing program which saved mine and my customers' butts many times in the past. Read up a little bit about it on Google to see which tests to run first. Post here after all is said and done and we'll go on from there (unless someone looks at it and figures it out faster).

Please be specific. What "stops for a while"? The OS loading? Do you mean the PC powers off then powers on again during OS startup? Describe in detail what you see on the screen after you press the power button, how the power and hard drive LEDs light up, and how long each instance lasts. The more details the more chances someone here will figure out exactly what the problem is.

-So with the LC power supply, when I press the power button, it clicks one time, pc looks like it wants to start but dont (the fans and led lights in the exact moment of the click sound turns on and off very fast, nothing on screen, pc not starting), after one second the second click sound comes and pc starting normaly with normal boot on screen.
-With the old Fortron power supply, when I press the power button pc looks like it wants to start for like one second (fans and led light turns on and off very fast, nothing on screen), after this one second, there is one second delay, pc doing nothing, after this little delay, pc starts normally

With the old psu its almost the same but without the click sound.

However sometimes, theres 4 clicks. And sometimes it wont boot windows, only into bios.

So what you're saying is there is an interruption in the boot power cycle lasting about a second, correct? Just to be clear - During that one second - do all the case lights and fans turn off completely or remain active?

2. Have you used a PSU power calculator to make sure your PSUs provide enough power for your setup? (Don't use the Newegg one, it tends to exaggerate the numbers but most other ones are right on the money)

OK. Basically here's what I would have done first, just to test motherboard and peripherasl, (because it may be a difficult problem with some intermittent motherboard or other hardware failures. Since your PC can boot up OK, - download Prime95 program and run stress tests on your setup. Run it for 24 hours. See if it causes a BSOD with an error code during that time. The stage the stress tests fail at as well as BSOD error code will give you exact reason as to what and why fails about your setup. Here https://www.mersenne.org/download/

Yeah during that one second, every fan and light turns off. 1000W is very above what I need. And I forgot, there's one click after pc shut down.
I saw on internet that it could be relay click. But I have two click and weird nothing in between them.

Yep. Motherboard failure, most likely. Still. get that program and keep it should the need arise in the future. It's free and pretty reliable allowing you to zero in on the problem.
