So here's my problem running Overwatch: when there's not much screen clutter, I get 130-144ish fps, but frames drop to 95ish during team fights or when there's a lot of things on the screen. To get consistently higher frames, should I upgrade my CPU or my GPU (only have budget for 1 right now)?
I was actually thinking about getting a GTX 1070 ti for running Overwatch at 144 fps, but I wasn't sure if my current CPU would bottleneck the 1070 ti.

GPU: GTX 1060
RAM : 8 GB
Motherboard: Odense2-K
Display: 1920x1080 ,144hz monitor
