I have 8gb (2x4gb) ram installed but available memory only shows 6.95gb HELP!

So I’ve been have problems with low memory. I’ve tried just about everything, except for memtests.
I’ve tweaked my virtual memory, turned off igpu, reseated my ram and at the moment I’m trying a repair install for windows.

Installed physical memory: 8.00gb
Total physical memory: 6.95gb
Available physical memory: 3.49

I have just recently upgraded from a 1050ti to a 1070, so I don’t know if that has anything to do with the problem.

My components:
Gigabyte A320M-S2H
Ryzen 3 2200g
8gb (2x4gb) evo potenza 2400mhz
GeForce gtx 1070

If you don't use the Ryzens' GPU then you may be able to disable it in the bios, otherwise you may be able to reduce the amount of ram it is blocking off for itself. Since it doesn't have dedicated ram it uses the system ram.

I turned off integrated graphics already and it didn’t help

Does the BIOS recognize 8GB?

I know that Windows 32 bit will reserve system RAM and within windows it will show that decreased amount, but that isn't a common thing for 64 bit windows.

Yes bios does show 8gb and am for sure running windows 10 64bit

Update windows reinstall didn’t help still showing 8gb (usable 6.95gb) and now about 4.07gb available ram

Edit: now while trying to play games they will either just crash or say that I’ve run out of video memory which doesn’t make sense running a 1070
