You can always reboot by pressing and holding down the power button. Hell if worse came to worst - you could turn off the PSU at the back or pull the plug. I don't guarantee many things but I guarantee you this: it will turn off and restart. LOL

Now. About your mouse and keyboard. When did they turn off anв what were you doing prior to this? Are they PS2 or USB?

So? Turn it back on again by pressing the button again. Does restarting fix the issue? Tried another keyboard with it? Does another keyboard work? Does another mouse work? If not - here's what you do:

When the PC turns on - press F2 or Delete on keyboard to see if it will take you to BIOS. If the keyboard is operational in BIOS but not in Windows, - you will need to run Windows Repair (if this option works) If not - you will likely need Windows reinstalled. I don't see how else you can repair a malfunctioning Windows installation without keyboard or mouse.

1. Try to go into BIOS using keyboard. Does it allow you to enter BIOS? Does keyboard work in BIOS?

2. The best way you could solve this is by elimination. Try mouse/keyboard in different PC. If they work they are obviously not the issue. If this is the case or, - If keyboard works in BIOS but not in Windows, - try what I suggested earlier - try repairing or reinstalling the system. Helps to have a Windows Repair disk or Windows installation media handy.

Yes. Definitely. Just use the Windows repair tool (if it let's you use it). Or Windows Repair disk if you have it. If not - reinstall Windows, - Unless, your issues are caused by a malfunctioning motherboard (reason I told you to go to BIOS) that, your keyboard/mouse will definitely let you do. Good luck
