Pc Isn't Performing

in my computer i have an amd rx 580 4gb and a ryzen 5 1400 processor with 8 gigs of ram but every single game i play performs poorly except r6 and i was thinking it could be ram because everything takes forever to load and some stuff doesnt load until its in my face
i dont know what it could be to be completely honest with you

i have 1 stick of 8 gig memory and if this is any help i had someone tell me it might be a bad hardrive but ive tested t and what else do you need to know about the system

Motherboard, Ram speed, psu etc.
But from what you have said so far it could very well be a ram issue-Ryzen likes fast dual channel ram to perform well. Running a single stick, and perhaps not a fast one(?) will definitely negatively impact performance. When you do mention poor performance though do you mean stuttering/freezing? Whats your frames like? Can you keep an eye on your system temps under load.

well my mx temps for cpu and gpu are 51 degrees C and its all frames even if i change it to low setings it changes nothing gta v on low and high run at abou 15-45 fps
