Like the title said, it's actually quite dusty after using for 10 months. Is it really safe to dissect and clean them? If so, what should I use to clean? I'm thinking of brush.

Solution
I think after 4-5 years, if you still use it then, replacing the thermal paste is a good idea. You can also clean it then.

On a regular basis, every couple of months, I blow out the dust from my computer. I use a squeeze bulb, the kind they use to blow dust off camera lenses or contacts. I prefer to not used canned air, for one thing the squeeze bulb never runs out of air.
