HyperX DDR4 overclock

So I am planning to buy an 8GB DDR4 HyperX fury memory Stick @ 2666mhz but they also advertise "Plug & Play" which auto overclock for you. Do they auto overclock to 2667 or Overclock to maximum that the motherboard allow? My motherboard (GA-B450m-Ds3h) allow up to 3200+mhz (OC)

They say that Ram speed matters for the Raven Ridge APUs like R3 2200g
And can I overclock my Cpu (R3 2200g) to 3.9 Ghz without touching voltage?

If you want 3200mhz, I would buy 3200mhz. There is no guarantee how far memory may overclock. You could get 2666mhz that is at maximum or 2666mhz that can reach 3200mhz. Most likely it won't overclock much or they would sell it at tge higher speed.
