Problem with loop

My loop keeps clogging for some reason and I don't know why. This is my first custom water cooling build and I'm using the Thermaltake kit with a few add on of ek fitting and Darkside valve. Using the red Mayhem pastel concentrated with Walmart great value distilled water. I forgot to clean my radiator when I first did the build and didn't know to clean it. I flushed the system and cleaned the parts. So this is the second time this has happen and it only last for a day or two before it clogs up like in the picture. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I have no problem with just water, it's just when I start adding the mayhem pastel it start having issue. Also what do I use to clean the system? Before all I used was warm water.

I think you have answered the question:

Could be a defective batch of mayhem pastel.

If there are no problems with plain water(?) and then issues with using mayhem pastel then the mayhem pastel is likely causing the clogging.

That said, are you sure that you are to mix or can mix the mayhem pastel with just distilled water versus the Thermaltake C1000 Pure Clear Coolant?

Double check that you are correctly mixing water (or applicable coolant solution) and coloring.

Reference Pages 04 & 05 in the following link:

(Do verify that I have identified the correct user manual.)

As for cleaning the system refer to Thermaltake's guidelines.

No wish to have you do anything that may void applicable warranties.

Clog as in it will gunk up the coolant and the flow will slow down. Also the coolant was a solid red when it was put into the loop. Now it's clear see through red with particle stuck in the tube.

Yeah, that's not good at all. I know a lot of people like to use coolants because of how they look, but this is the real downside when things go bad, although I haven't seen something that catastrophic happen in quite some time. Wonder if there is some sort of chemical coagulation taking place causing that...

What did you use to flush and clean the radiator?
