I just finished upgrading my pc’s motherboard and cpu and I plugged everything in and only the motherboards rgb is lighting up and a small led that says power is on. The cpu, gpu and case fan are not moving and I plugged a hdmi into the gpu and nothing is displaying, what’s wrong ?
