Can my pc capable for modern gaming with live streaming /recording (720 or 1080p)

Msi H81M-E33 (mb + PciE 2.0)
GTX 1050 TI OC 4GB DDR5
12GB DDR3 1600
INTEL CORE I5 - 4690 4Th gen
1TB HDD

In terms of recording sure-you can always set the encoder to use your gpu (NVENC) and that will provide respectable recording quality with a not so heavy performance penalty. Streaming is a different beast all together though. As suggested experimentation with settings will be your best bet.
