I have 8GB`s of SO-DIMM DDR4 ram with 2666Mhz freq, 1.2 V, CL19 . If I would buy another stick from the same manufacturer(Kingston) with the same specs but different model, would they run in Dual Channel?

Might want to share the links to both models in spite of them being from the same Manufacturer. I'd say no since they will be binned differently. If they are from the same series, it might be possible. All Kingston HyperX DDR3 kits were the same, just different heat spreaders on them. Near identical case with G.Skill and their Ripjaws.

For the sake of relevance, might want to share your full system's specs.
