Cursor Jams in position when Using Controller!

So recently When playing COD BO3 I have noticed that When ever i connect my Controller to my pc The cursor seems to freeze/jam.The problem Occurs immediately after connecting the controller via USB.Also to add in that The cursor does operate fine otherwise and when freezed violently shaking the mouse around moves it a bit.I am able to click all buttons with fine functionality during this..I urgently need help!

What is the make and model of your controller? You shouldn't be unplugging and replugging the controller at will, I'm assuming it's got something to do with your drivers. Before we dig deeper, mind sharing your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Given you're also talking of peripherals, we'd need to know the make and model of them as well.

So I'll just give you the pc name,Dell optilex 9020 with a core i5 4570,8Gigs of ram and a gtx 750 ti OC in it and windows 10 pro
