Hi, was thinking of building my first system with a 2400g or maybe a 2600, but then I found a bundle from a trusted local seller. It's a 7700k+ASUS Strix Z270E Gaming+Air Cooler GAMMAXX 300 for 450 euros. I would need to stretch my budget for 100 dollars.Would I jut be sacrificing future upgradability or would this cpu hold up until amd releases their next socket? Is this a good buy or should I stick to my amd build?

A 7700K is still a nice Chip but it's not worth the new price tag, these are a great value off the used market. A better option are below in your price range since they leave you upgrade potential down the line.

Z370 board
i5 8400 or i5 8600k
16gb of 2666-3200mhz DDR4
$25-$30 CPU Cooler.

or

B350 or B450 board
Ryzen 2600 or 2600X
16gb of 3000-3600mhz DDR4
.............
Under 500 Euros

As far as 9th gen chips with the manufacturing issues I wouldn't expect to see them at a normal price and not sold out for around 6 months.
