as long as it has a PCI-E port it should run any GPU. So dont worry about compatibility.
Btw, what exact PSU and CPU do you have? Thats the real question, so we can see if your PSU handdles it or if your CPU bottlenecks it.

But if someone wanna Know about this cause having a similar Rig:

Yes, it can.
Altought i think the CPU its a bit slow for a 750 it may only bottleneck a little tiny bit. You wont be using its 100% power but i think you can use a 90% of it. And if you OC a little bit your CPU maybe you can also get rid of the Bottleneck too.
450W its a minimum to run a gtx 750 ti, just be sure that PSU aint too old (like 6-9 years old) cause it can blow up in pieces or harm other components since you will be at the very limit of your PSU.
Also, as long as your Motherboard has a PCI-E slot you can use ANY single card, its technology is independant of the GPU techs. So you can basically put a Gtx 1080 or Titan X in that motherboard, but ofcourse you wont get even close to use its potential.

Hope it enlighted you,
Cheers!
