I was about to buy the Ga-ax370-gaming K5 BUT is very expensive, so i found this alternative, so it is a lot of difference??

i want to put a Ryzen 5 2600x but thinking to upgrading in at least a year

Though very cost effective, it has not really been reviewed well and as importantly, I would move to X470 or better yet a B450 motherboard that will save a bit on costs and also bring you up to the latest AM4 platform for the Ryzen 2600X...The X370 might also need a BIOS up date to make it work for the 2600X..

If you want to upgrade you might be better off looking at asrock or asus boards. Gigabyte had major issues with the ryzen 1000 and 2000 series bios update bricking a ton of their motherboards during the bios upgrade process. IF you must go with gigabyte thats not a bad choice, although note that you give up a lot of functionality going with the m vs the k5.

Id personally recommend either the https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157761&cm_re=b350_asrock-_-13-157-761-_-Product or https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157800&cm_re=x370_asrock-_-13-157-800-_-Product from asrock. Both of those have much smaller failure rates, and solid bios support.
