Whilst running multiple tabs (10-ish) and Adobe programs like Photoshop, my computer may end up downsizing my screen's resolution (and possibly freezing or crashing I think) although I have more than enough RAM and capable hardware.

I've noticed that my Commit charge is at 100%. So likely that is the issue? But I'm not sure how to diagnose the root of the problem.

If this helps diagnose the issue better, my laptop, which has inferior hardware, outperforms this computer (btw I built this PC so maybe I did something wrong here?).

Also, I've noticed when modding Skyrim, that I will need to restart my computer to avoid crashing to desktop (when the CTD is not due to mod conflict). Right now I'm having a problem when adding hi-res texture mods, specifically. So something is up with my computer's performance. It should be able to handle the textures I have no sweat.
