Well you can always hide the update for the Intel Microcode if you don't want to install it. When it shows you the list of updates, you should be able to right click on it and there should be an option to hide it.
Doesn't apply to you as Intel microcode updates apply only to Intel processors.
but, how to stop it. because every time i check update this update always appear.
Did you recently switch to an AMD system but kept the old Windows install from an Intel based system? If so Windows Update may still be operating under the assumption you're still on an Intel platform and is looking for updates for it. It's one of many reasons why you should reinstall Windows when doing significant platform changes eg. new motherboard and CPU.

I have hidden updates on Windows 10 on my machine, though you may have to go a bit deeper into the Windows Update settings to find the screen that lets you do that. I also have the Pro version of Windows 10, so I'm not 100% sure if you can hide updates on the Home version.
