Overclocked 800Mhz or just 1333MHz?

So, i have an old pc with:

ECS G41T-M16 Motherboard Running in Windows 10
Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core E5300 2M Cache, 2.60 GHz, 800 MHz FSB
1x2GB DDR3-1600 Samsung M378B5773SB0-CK0
GDDR5 AMD Radeon HD 6570

I was planning to buy a DDR3 1366MHz 4GB RAM. but when i check the ram with HWinfo, its only using 800MHz instead of 1333MHz. I check the website for my motherboard and it say:
-Dual-channel DDR3 memory architecture
-2 x 240-pin DDR3 DIMM socket support up to 8 GB
-Support DDR3 up to 1333(OC)/1066/800 DDR3 SDRAM
its support up to 1333MHz with (OC). How do i make the ram work with 1333MHz?

Looks like it's running at 1600 mhz. Ram speed is read in ddr, double data rate, and thus the clock speed of ram must actually be doubled to find out the effective DDR speed.
Nothings wrong.

What speed is it running at when you look at task manager, under CPU? Do you have an xmp profile setup in bios?

on Task Manager>Performance>Memory, speed show only 800. how check to xmp profile on bios?

When in the bios, you need to find your memory settings and either enable xmp or change the dram speed to 1600.
After going through your manual, I think you're supposed to look for a memory setting called SDP instead of xmp, should be somewhere in bios.

No, the speeds should just show up, and crash if you dont have enough voltage. Is the 'configure DRAM timings by SDP' setting enabled? should be in advanced chipset setup. if so the factory memory settings, 1600, should show up. I hope im not missing something in the manual.

1600MHz memory is not supported. No overclocking features on that motherboard, so 1333MHz may be difficult.

G41 Chipset uses low-density memory.

I know you can't change voltage on that motherboard, but I'm not sure why it's stuck at 800 mhz when the manual even shows 1066. gl
