Pc wont boot, bad mobo? Lights and fans turn on, no post

I woke up today and tries to turn on my pc, but it wouldn't post.My usb ports aren't getting power as my mouse and keyboard lights don't light up

Specs:
Core i5 3570k
10 gb ram
Gtx 1060 Gigabyte G1
Msi z77a motherboard

I would disconect all PSU related stuff, then reconnect everything back up just to check that everything is plugged right and didnt disconnect by simple accident then if it dosent actually work, i would test that the PSU is delivering the current right and if everything seems ok but the problem is the same, then i call the mobo dead.

were clocks in house reset? possible power loss. try clearing cmos
