Solution
I used to have the 4350 chip and honestly, you won't be able to get much out of it unless you overclock it. For some comparison, I used to have the following setup:

Asus 970 Pro Aura (FSB was OC'd to 275)
AMD FX 4350 (OC to 4.9 Ghz through AIO Cooling/Originally 4.7 on HSF Cooling)
32 GB of RAM @ 1866 Mhz
Gigabyte 1060 6G Mini
x2 Kingston 120GB SSD

You need to do some work there buddy in order to get more speed out of it. I suggest you read this. I used this guide when I started off and then after OC a few times, it becomes second nature. Just don't expect to get crazy FPS in games as the chip acts more like a dual core than a quad core. But if you up the RAM, add an SSD, add a decent GPU, then you'll have a decent machine...

Lucky you, I was able to find my old benchmark score.
