Since you already have a great processer by today's standards, here's what I would do if I were you:
1. Wait for the Intel 9000 series chips to launch.
2. Wait for AMD to counter with their R7 2800(x) variants.
I bet this will force Intel's hand to lower their prices, which are very over priced.

i have i5 4690 2x8gb ddr3 1600 mhz and gtx 1060 3gb . should buy i7 9700k or i7 8700k is better have 8 cores/8thread or 6 cores 12 thread and hyperthreading i want only to play 1440p with rtx 2080.
