I want to build a pc but before I buy anything I wanted to ask whether this is a good build. Please tell me if some things won't work together or if some things can be replaced by something better that costs around the same, I'm open for suggestions. I already did some research and everything looked alright but I just want to be sure, thank you.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: MSI X470 Gaming Plus
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2666 MHz
Storage: Kingston A400 120GB SSD and WD Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM HDD
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Case: Thermaltake Versa N21
PSU: Corsair CX450M
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: Asus VP228H
I already have a keyboard and mouse.

1. Major usage?
2. Budget?
3. living in US?

On the specs:
I will get 2600 if much cheaper than 2600X
no need for 3rd party cooler, stock cooler is kind of on par with 212
no need for X470, B450 is enough
is ram single stick? if so get 2 sticks in a pack, dual channel mode is faster
ssd too small, hdd -> 1 tb
psu kind of the minimum, I will get 550+ good quality to allow future upgrades.
I will install OS inactivated with your budget and activate/buy later on.

Made some changes:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (x)
CPU Cooler: Stock AMD Cooler
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 3000MHz
Storage: Kingston A400 120GB SSD and WD Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM HDD
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Case: Thermaltake Versa N21
PSU: Corsair RM550x
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: Asus VP228H
I don't need an SSD or HDD with more storage than that
