Power supply help

I have to run PC with 550w PSU without ups as I have 2kva inverter, if I buy a surge protector of max spike 6A will it be fine and recently my PSU was damaged and mobo fried because I connected it with stabilizer so I'm afraid now, also I feel shock while touching my cabinet even connected to 3 pin can anyone help?

That shock is disconcerning, there should be none !!! Looks like your ground is not proper.

First make sure that you have grounded connection at wall plug and all the way back to PSU, it could be dangerous otherwise.

Ok i will try once but if the shock is still present will it damage any component inside the case
