pc freeze with buzzing sound from speakers

hey guys af start sry for my bad eng

i just builded a new pc
specs :
asus prime h310m k
gtx1050ti
core i3 8100
8gb ram
500psu
i have this freeze screen when i play games some times it crashes 1 time a day sometimes 2 its completley random
i have msi installed so i can watch the cpu gpu heat its not over heating
i tried the prime95 test with no problem cpu max temp 81
while gaming gpu baerly gets 70 and cpu also 68-70 (low demanding games paladins-lol)
i tried farmark and it passed even on all high settings with no crash
i dont know if i can use memtst on this mb
on the windows event log no file found i mean no event or error
i tried whocrashed and also no error found
disabled realtech audio also nthn happen
the crash completley random its freezeing i cant even press any buttom expect the power off from the case to force himto shut down
any answers pls thnk u so much

500psu make wattage and age of PSU??

psu is new like 1 week old and has that 80+ 230eu 500watts continious power 24/7 up to 86% efficent
the model called bitfenix bpa500

another thing then is bios on the asus prime h310m k on the latest version can use asus update or bios

BIOS
to access the bios hammer the delete key before system boots up as soon powered on
have a fresh formatted FAT32 USB stick download the bios from motherboard manufacturer only stick the bios you just downloaded on the USB stick recommend at least 2 bios's even if old re-boot press the delete button repeatedly to get into your bios select system then update bios select usb device flash it leave it to do its thing then you should be good with your new bios
if done wrong will brick your motherboard

i guess its on factory bios not updated ill go do as u said and flash a new mb bios but what do u mean at least 2 bios's ? u mean 2 copies for the same version or 1 last updated and the older one with it?

and if u have the time i just downloaded the one it says version 1405 under bios label fromthis link https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-H310M-K/HelpDesk_BIOS/
and it downloaded a zip file should i extract it or leave it zip on thew usb

just safe to have an older bios if the new one does not want to flash a bit old school but its always there if you need it hay.

update just flashed the new bios every thing went good thnx

is there anything i can do more than that or should i play games to test if the problem still here ?

I would just go about using it as normal and see if the problem persists hopefully not.

update i removed my gpu and use my pc on the intel gpu no problem at all for the last 24 hours any suggestion to determin if the problem from the gpu or the psu for sure any program to stress test the gpu or the psu to make sure whats causing the issu ???
