how to update ASUS BIOS with EZ FLASH 3

So I've looked everywhere online, and couldn't find any information on this, I looked in my Motherboard Manual and it shows me how to update it from BIOS, not how to download it to USB.

(Before you ask, yes I know that updating the BIOS is a potential hazard to my computer, just trying to update BIOS as my CPU doesn’t seem to be running at full speed no matter what, so I’m willing to risk it.)

You just need to copy the BIOS file itself (not the zip file or executable it was packed in!) to the USB stick formatted Fat32.

Once you are in EZ-Flash and the USB stick is inserted, you should be able to browse to it. I keep small USB sticks around for this purpose because large ones aren't bootable, so if you can't see it then try another stick.
