memory really high alot of stuttering in games

I have a Lenovo h415 and it uses all of my 2gb of physical memory even tho I don't even have anything opened up do I need to upgrade my memory plz help someone i also run Windows 7 and my fortnite runs like craps it dips really badly also have a hd7770 GHz edition.

4gb is usually the reccomended for normal PC use, for gaming this can extend up to 8gb+ depending on the game.
Note the min specs for Fortnight are for 4gb, with 8gb reccomended.

Make sure you have 2x Ram slots, and then probably get 2x 4gb DDR3 sticks

Can try to look at what get's opened when the pc starts,really clean that list via msconfig.Close as much non essential as possible and make sure it doesn't start when powering the pc.

But the above,"get more ram" is probably the better solution.
