Clear CMOS. There should be a cmos reset 3-pin module or button, check your manual. Otherwise simply pull out the cmos battery for 5-10 minutes and try to boot again. It should be fine
5-10 mins? hahahahaha
unplug your PC from electricity completely and pull out the CR2032 BIOS Battery.
After removing the battery, wait about 20 seconds...30-60 seconds if you want to...your BIOS settings should be already gone now
5-10 mins will still work tho'.
5- 10 days will also work

Electricity left inside the capacitors can keep cmos powered for some time even when the pc is completely unplugged
If you want to empty the caps, unplug your PSU from the mains, remove the bios battery if you can't find the jumper, press power on button - clears it all, 30 seconds later put in battery - bios cleared.
If you can find the BIOS Jumper, no need to take out battery and you only need to move it across for a second and move it back to original position.
