After shutdown yesterday night today my computer would not boot up.
First try was normal everything spinned no display so i pressed reset button still nothing.
After holding down power button I tried to boot again nothing.
I opened up case reinstalled ram and Cmos battery. Still no boot however, this time fans spinned for 1 sec stopped spin again stop, beep, continuous spinning but no display.
After this I held the shut down button then retried boot but it didn't do the fans spin stop.
Any ideas on what might be broken or the error?

Things i did yesterday:
Install kaspersky (forgot to restart but i think computer should still boot)
Charged a bike light from usb port after shutdown (could this do something to the system?)
