Hello i have a issue where the computer i recently built turns on but straight off i know its not my cpu as its brand new my ram is also brand new soo im certain that its not at fault either and my psu is an evga 750w gq 80+ gold certified i have tried removing part by part and test but still no luck but odly if i remove cpu power it stays on but obviously no display because cpu power isn't plugged in.

When it turns on for that split secound all the fans do move soo it definetly getting power to things

this is the no boot sticky, it covers most little issues.
step 17. what is the speaker saying?

if you need a speaker you can make one
canned diagnostic speaker rant
The diagnostic speaker is the motherboards main diag feedback device.
the motherboard may be telling you where the problem is.
my speakers have this plug

I use lamp wire but any stranded wire will do. literally any stranded wires. strip one end like so
http://www.antiquelampco.com/Shades/CordColors.jpg
attach the stripped end into the speaker spring clips on the speaker.
the other end of the wire should be trimmed like so the semi strip
https://wesbellwireandcable.com/images/cutwire.png
by doing a semi strip the wire case is now the socket.
plug one wire to the first pin, and the second onto the fourth pin.
power on the system and listen for beeps
end canned rant

and just for good measure a refresh on grounding
Canned Grounding Rant-
shut down system and remove side panel. with the power cable plugged into the PSU touch a bare unpainted metal area of the case. (my favorite spot is an unpainted screw securing the PSU) once you have grounded yourself you can unplug the computers power cable from the PSU and can touch the system.
if you move your feet, or shuffle in your chair, plug in the cord, reground yourself and unplug again.
end canned rant-

Imo the first thing to try is put the RAM stick in different slots and try to boot. If it doesn't, remove it completely and see if the system boots. That would be my first move. (It is also very important to ground yourself and read the boot guide, like the fellow forum members suggested.)
