it looks like your forcing an IP address on your device. because if your not connecting to your wifi you would not have an IP address, I would goto the device and set dhcp as your settings for IPv4 and try again
the set an ip address for your wifi manually, to an ip you know isn't used (look into router for attached devices and find an address not used and force the IP and subnet mask which looking at your router Ip should be 255.255.255.0. then disable/enable device and see if it connects to it properly.
