Is the Deepcool Gammaxx 400 cooler sufficient enough to keep the Ryzen 7 1700 oc'd @ 3.7ghz at good temps?
Case: Phanteks P400 ATX Mid Tower Case. (2 fans total, 1 rear, one front)
Also, if the Deepcool Gammax 400 isn't any good, whats a good cooler for the Ryzen 7 1700, preferably one that is around the price range of 16$-30$.
Any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks.
