So i have this 2TB Western Digital Hard Drive which i took out of an external hard drive casing due to the fact that it doesn't spin up when i plug it in, the light on the adapter of the external casing also flashes when the drive it plugged in to it. Upon removing the PCB from the drive i am only able to identify one diode (D3) which i did check with a Multimeter and it seems to be OK. I am also not fully sure if the issue lies within the PCB so if i am wrong in looking at the PCB then please tell me
