What is the best power supply for a g41mtes2l mb with intel core2quad q6600 and a amd r5 230 1gb graphics?

I am having problem with my new c2q q6600 ,which i brought about 1 day ago.

r5 230 is low power card ~ 20W TDP. Q6600 is 105W TDP.
350W-450W PSU would be enough.

When i turn on my pc the cpu fan starts but the screen doesnt shows up also the cpu light doesnt work but when i use my old c2d processor it works perfectly.

Find motherboard model name.
Go to manufacturer support web site.
Download latest non-beta bios for your motherboard.
Flash bios of your motherboard.

My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-G41MTES2L rev1.3.Please can anyone find be the latest bios for it.

Latest BIOS version for GA-G41MTES2L rev1.3 is F5.
F7 and F9 obviously is for different motherboard.
