There is no Prime B450a, there is a PLUS though, is that the one you mean? We need to know the exact model. Also we need to know the exact model of DIMMS (the ram) too.

That's not so say they won't work. Everything above and below it 2400, 2800, 3000, 3200 and above for the same model are all on the QVL. It's highly likely they will work just fine. Make sure to set it by DOCP if you do get them.

so ripjaws v does or does not support a-xmp because my bios says a-xmp isnt supported however on the product page it says it is
