I built a new pc a couple days ago that has 8gb of ram, ryzen 3 1200 and a gtx 1060. My problem is that so far i've played 3 games consisting of pubg, gmod and fortnite. My fps fluctuates on fortnite and gmod when playing multiplayer as the fps drops for a second and then shoots back up no matter what resolution i play on and what settings. Pubg although my fps does fluctuate the game does have poor optimisation but its nowhere near as bad as the other 2 games. Can someone help me? I've tried using ddu and reinstalling my drivers multiple times and researched online. My gpu usage on msi afterburner while in game fluctuates but hasn't gone above 80% for fortnite and gmod.

GTX 1060 6GB
RYZEN 3 1200 CPU
ASROCK A320M DGS motherboard
TEAM VULCAN (2x4gb) 2400mhz ram
KINGSTON 120GB SSD
be quiet! Pure Rock Slim CPU COOLER
A CORSAIR VS550 80+ PSU
AND A Hitachi - Ultrastar 7K3000 2TB hdd
