Yeah, it will work fine.
The only catch is that you need to check if the PSU has the right connector for it or not. If no, you'll need an adaptor.
You'll find this info by opening the case and looking at the connector currently connected and by going on your GPU's spec sheet online on the manufacturer's website and see what pin-type it needs.
