Solution
For OCing to 4.2, you will need a robust cooler like the Corsair H100i. Nut if you already have a 1070, you should reuse that, unless its a separate build. And in case you use that, you should go with a 8700k or 2700x build for even better performance. For the above build, these are the changes required for 4.2ghz...
