First to mention my build:
ryzen 3 1200 (3.8ghz)
1060 6gb
8gb 2667 ddr4 ram
msi b350 mortar motherboard
550w psu

I recently built my pc only around a month ago and I was wondering if you guys could help me solve this issue. During the battlefield 5 beta I was getting terrible fps only around 45 with the lowest setting possible at 1080p. I know its just a beta but my friend with a an i5 4670k and a 970 with 8 gb of ddr3 ram ran this game better than me at medium ish settings with consistent above 60 fps. I went to task manager on desktop screen to check for any problems and found that my cpu was being used around 80-90% while my gpu only around 2% although i think this is because i didnt open task manager while the game was in fullscreen or borderless windowed. I had a similar problem like this in pubg as well where I would get around 40 fps everytime i was about to land and it would remain the same unless I was in a area without any action. To compare I looked at similar builds on the internet for example a non overclocked r5 1400 which is supposed to have similar performance to my overclocked r3 1200. In the video he was getting above 60fps on high setting while im here struggling with everything on low.
Solutions I have tried:
1) Use dx11/12 (no change)
2) Remover all overclock (lesser performance)
3) Make sure HDMI is in the right slot
4) Uniinstall and reinstall all until latest drivers using DDU
5) Disabling geforce experience
6) Reverting drivers to older version (game cant be played without latest driver)
7) Changing windows to maximum power
8) Changing nvidia control panel to maximum power
9) Enabling and disabling threaded optimization

NONE OF THESE HAVE WORKED.
