I have been trying tot install the latest LAN driver for my motherboard but i got an error: Cannot install drivers no Intel (R) Adapters are present in this computer. Then i tried to download the Intel network adapter driver for Windows 10. After installing i got this error: No Intel (R) network connection found on this computer no drivers were installed. Then i tried the Intel Ethernet adapter from Intel for Windows 10 but it gave the first error again. What can i try next?

Oké the ipconfig /all does not list any LAN adapters. When i go to the Device Manager and go to Network Adapters It shows 8 WAN Miniports. No LAN adapters are there. When i go to other machines there is a driver that is called " Ethernet-controller"
