Ryzen 5 1600 with 1070 ti for streaming

So this is a build used mostly for stream with a 1000$ budget I know streaming is CPU intensive so not sure if there is a better way for me to build this I play with a 1080p 144 hz monitor looking to keep around 120 fps while streaming and low amount of freezing and stuttering build has 16 GB 3200mhz ram evga sc 1070 ti and a ryzen 5 1600 on a b350 board.
