Help me choose the suitable psu

Im new to pc build and still dont know how much watts do I need for my build

SPECS :
Mobo : asus h110m-k
Cpu : intel pentium g4560
Ram : acaper 2400mhz 4gb ddr4
Gpu : gigabyte gt 1030 ddr5 2 gb
Hdd : 500 gb
Case : tecware nexus m

You need only 300w or so.
But, a 450w psu will cost no more and accommodate a future graphics card upgrade as good as a GTX1060.
Buy a quality psu, tier 1/2, no less than three:

FWIW:

I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games.
But, many things default to the "C" drive.
When a SSD nears full, it will lose performance and endurance.
240gb is the recommended minimum.

If you can go 240gb, or 500gb you may never need a hard drive.

You can defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive...

A competent 450W would be easily more than enough.

Get a 550W if there's a good chance that you'll make significant CPU and GPU upgrades.

I would avoid a 100-series motherboard as those motherboards typically need a BIOS upgrade to run a Kaby Lake CPU. I would also try to fit in 8 GB of RAM; it's very hard these days to still recommend 4 GB for budget builds.

I'd also strongly consider a Ryzen 2400g build as an alternative as the integrated GPU is roughly at the level of a GT 1030 already.

Samsung EVO is a good choice for performance and reliability.
