Best cpu match with gtx titan

Good day everyone, i'm sorry if i can not explain in details i'm just wondering what would be the best match for the gpu gtx titan 6gb AS OF NOW, because when i tried to search for it on the internet, the recent result was way back 2016 and the answer was i7-3770k and i think that is not the best match for it as of this days. Thanks for the reply guys, any comment would be appreciate!

ShadowXXe, thanks for the reply man and i'm sorry it took me time to reply. Actually i'm planning to buy a higher cpu type such as; i7-7700k or 8700k do you think it's compatible?

Asus Strix z270f gaming motherboard is compatible with gtx titan 6gb and i7-7700k
and also i'm planning to buy a trident z memory
or corsair vengeance rgb or lpx. could you tell me if everything is compatible? really glad that your here man thanks a lot!

your welcome and that motherboard is most certainly compatible as for the ram i'd say go for whatever feels right as the main difference between them all is aesthetics

If the 8700K is within budget then why even bother with the 7700K?

The 7700K and 8700K are the same price at the moment, at least in the US (things will probably change when the apparent CPU shortage hits consumers).

actually based on the asus motherboard info, 8700k is not compatible with asus strix z270f? so i think the best one is 7700k?

There's absolutely no reason to buy a 7700k unless you already own a z170 or z270 motherboard. Otherwise, a 8700k is superior in cores, threads, and performance.
