Hi, I've got a major problem there. I've bought some second hand parts for a "new" PC. I have built it without any problems, but when I turned the PC on, it wouldn't find my new GPU. At first I thought it was due to the old PSU, so I have swapped it with my newer one a Corsair VS550. When i connected the PSU to my GPU, the pc would boot normally, but then my screen would flash for a splitsecond and then restart. I even swapped the GPUs and the PC boots normally. Does that mean my GPU is dead? Thanks
