A video issue with my PC

Recently, when my PC came (I payed someone to build it) on YouTube on some videos it is acting very weird. It does not show that video, it shows some weird image with some white, it is hard to describe. When I go to other tab, and go back to YouTube tab, in that white it shows the page where I was. When I scroll down, and then scroll up, in video are appearing titles of video to the half of space for video. And when I tried to watch some videos online, it didnt show anything except titles, but there is audio. Can someone help me to solve this problem?

What version of Windows are you using? What browser?

Is Windows and your video drivers up to date? Same for your browser?

Windows 10, not exactly sure which update, but some of the newer ones. Google Chrome, and Windows says that drivers that I have are the best possible.

That old GPU is no longer getting driver updates from AMD. Can you play the videos properly in an alternate browser?

And yes, its version of Chrome is 69 point something.

It is ok on Microsoft Edge, but also in some games it is not as good as it was (I used that GPU in my old build too). Like Geometry Dash.

I'd suggest downloading a codec pack like this. It's most likely a software/codec/extension issue. try here : https://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

The basic version will do. Install it, reboot and see if it works.

BTW, if 'someone' 'built' this for you, well, it leaves a lot to be desired. This is a 10 year old system and won't be much use for anything other than surfing, some light gaming, and very standard stuff.

It was not meant for some other stuff. I am buying a new GPU like 660 Ti.

I think that GPU is pretty much dying or bad driver, I will try to find newer drivers on AMD site.

openload is piracy. there are no 'free' tv programs and movies. You are not able to watch because those type of sites encourage you to 'download' programs to 'help' you watch the free movies. And it will most liekly install some kind of malware/virus. be careful with what you are doing.

don't buy a new GPU. Don't put any money into that system. It's waste of your time.

There is only a Win8 driver for that GPU. It hasn't been supported for sometime.you can get the latest one here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/ati-radeon-hd-4000-series/ati-radeon-hd-4350
