I have trouble booting to the windows screen. When i turn on my pc, the led indicators and fans turn in but the monitor and keyboard and mouse didnt have power and after a minute the pc pans started to run faster and louder and the monitor is showing up the asus logo/ mobo logo but it sent me to bios not to windows loading screen or it doesnt boot windows and it keeps booting me back to bios everytime i reset the pc and turn it on. Any advices?

Is this a custom made PC or a Asus pre made?
If custom, can yoiu show me a parts list?
If Asus pre made, what model?

It could be a number of things, like the power supply not giving enough power to run the USB and GPU

having the media creation tool itself on the USB doesn't help, you need to run the media creation tool on the laptop and use it make a Installer USB. That will at least boot.

did you remove the 3tb drive or the nvme? If you removed hdd but PC won't boot now, and gives you that error, it sounds like the boot partition was on the hdd (windows will use any spare apace it finds on extra hdd when installing to put its boot partition). If this is the case,

change boot order so USB is first, m.2 second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
follow this link - https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-rebuild-the-bcd-in-windows-2624508
that will set it up so the m.2 is the boot drive (I assume its 120gb and not 12gb)

its also possible the hdd isn't working and might explain the PC not booting off it.

I followed the link but at step 6, after i typed it in it pop up as " the operation has failed" and i'm noticed that the first time i boot the ssd or hdd at bios by pressing f8 , it will send me back to bios but now after get the media creation tool it pop up as error 0x000014c. I'm glueless right now. I did contact the company where i bought the system and they told me that my ssd or windows had issue and they told me to reinstalled the windows but i can't even do that because when i'm try to do it, the windows showed up as a message "We can't delete the partition (error 0x80070032)" Well, I'm struggling and frustrating but i won't give up XD. I can provide pictures if you guys want to see. Thanks alot.
PS: Sorry Colif , it not m.2 drive , it is intel optane memory which i use it to accelarate my hdd.

i forget about optane. If you trying to use it speed up ssd, its not going to gain you much speed.

try this and see if it lets you delete the partition
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type diskpart and press enter
type list disk and press enter
this shows all drives available, DVD/USB and hdd, make note of hdd number
type Select disk X - where X is the number of the hdd you want to wipe, change X to that number and press enter
once the drive you want to install on is chosen, type Clean

that wipes entire drive, once its finished, restart the installer and put win 10 back on ssd

Is the ssd the only drive in PC? Try removing optane as it might be seen as a location to install win 10 on, even though its too small.

If you wiped the ssd there shouldn't be any partitions on the ssd, so you shouldn't get that error. From what I can tell, 0x800300002 might be an error caused by the Installer.
