Hello all!

I'm currently at a lost for words at to what is happening to my PC, I recently built a new rig and was able to play all of the games I wanted online until one day it decided to just not. I can play all steam games online and interact with other players but when it comes to interacting with other players I can't for ex. in Destiny 2 I was able to join a server and not see anybody, my friends could and also see what I was doing but I could never interact with them in the game, same thing in Forza Horizon 4, also in the Xbox app that Microsoft has to be able to play the game the "Network" tab says on the "Xbox Multiplayer" test, It usually says that my NAT type is strict or closed or that "Teredo is unable to qualify: and that server connectivity is blocked (don't know if that helps narrow down the issue but more info the better) I haven't tried other games like in Origin or Uplay but like I said Steam works and I have also tried Destiny 2 on another computer and it worked just fine, except for Forza, I haven't tried it on another computer since I never installed it and was lazy to do so, also haven't tried getting on another wi-fi.

Solutions I've tried:
Port forwarding
Turning off the firewall on both PC and Router
Checking for viruses (with Malwarebites)
Restarting router
Called ISP
Called Microsoft support
Contacted Microsoft support
Contacted Bungie and Blizzard
Updated drivers for both wireless and ethernet
Turned off "automatic Proxy" setting
Etc. I have a lot more solutions I've tried just can't remember them atm.

PC:
Asus z370-e
i7-8700k
GTX 1080 asus strix edition

Laptop: Alienware r3 17'
i7-6700HQ
GTX 980M

in advance thanks for all the help and sorry for the long description!

Log in to your router administration page and make sure NAT is enabled.
If it is already, try resetting it to default settings.
If that does not work, try to replicate the issues you are having with another machine, on the same router -in order to pinpoint the cause.
