Hey, I just bought a 980ti, my specs are
CPU and fx 4350
Gpu evga gtx 980 ti hybrid
I can only get about 30-40 fps 1080p
Idk why this is, is my CPU bottlenecking it. With my old Rx 470 I could get 50 fps normally
Also if it is bottlenecking it what CPU would I need to not be
Edit... I don't know if I did completely uninstall the drivers.... I was kinda in a time rush... I uninstalled the Radeon software but I'm not sure if that's what you mean.... If you can post a link to the tool it would be appreciated
