Giga byte b360 d3h heat sink moving up amd down

Hi, i have gigabyte b360 d3h mb, i noticed, that my heat sink is moving up and down when i touch my finger, i want to is this normal? Scaring me tho! Should i rma it?

a lot of air coolers like the evo 212 will move if pushed. the issue is if the cooler on to tight it can bend the metal cpu lid and cause the lid to bend in and short the cpu chip under the lid. amd and intel have spec on the max force air coolers can use. in real world with thermal paste a cpu air cooler can slide a bit from side to side before it will stop. the trick is to lock it down so that the fan vibration dont move the cooler.
