So My Dell 3179 has an M.2 slot with a wireless card installed in it...Which one of the following cards is compatible with it ?

this:

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00MV3N7UO/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1_1_3?smid=A1HX8X9YIQN354&psc=1

or this :

here is the manual:

I am wondering because the two cards have different slot types....so which slot type is compatible ? I also notice that the first one is PCIe while the second one is NGFF ... can someone explain the difference ? Can i install both or just the PCIe one ?

Solution
Yes, you are right. Your laptop has only one screw hole so it could hold the Intel 9260.
The 7260 needs two screws to hold it in place, so it won't work.
be careful removing the antenna cables and place both back in the same order.
