I have a 4gb ram 1333mhz ddr3 attached to my pc. It was working fine before i remove it bcos i have to change my motherboard. I have it sold, and after the buyer tested it, they say it's not working anymore. I tried cleaning the ram with eraser and tested it with another pc but it's not working anymore. It has been only used for 2months so im wondering why it is not working anymore

If you're not careful, it's quite easy to kill ram modules with ESD.
Question is - who killed it? You or the buyer?

You had to ground yourself before removing ram module.
You had to transport the module in anti-static bag.
If you didn't do any of that, then you most likely also killed it.

i think the answer lies really simple:

The ram just died. it doesn't matter if the ram has been used for 2 months, 2 years or just a few days, these things happens.

the ram sticks might have an warranty on it. so sending it to the manufactors and letting it replaced might be you best bet.
